      Description

The XSite start script for Windows uses a separate file cpappend.bat to build the classpath. The same functionality can be achieved by labels within the main script and the cpappend.bat can be dropped. Since the Windows script uses already features that are not available to a plain DOS shell, it's file extension is changed from .bat to .cmd.
