New TagRule to flatten the nested section divs of Maven/Doxia generated page

Doxia/Maven will use nested div elements with a class attribute of value section to reflect the nesting level of the header tags. This HTML layout makes it difficult to integrate such a page into a different CSS layout. The new rule DropDivOfClassSectionRule should detect and unnest these div sections and provide the divs (without the section class tag) in an ordered sequence for the new HTML body.
