StandardStaxDriver should have a constructor that take a QNameMap and a NameCoder

            Description

            There's no reason to force a XmlFriendlyNameCoder usage for StandardStaxDriver. Please provide a constructor that would take any implementation of NameCoder (in addition to the QNameMap).
