Description
I would like to be able to read from XML documents that contain namespace prefixes. As the attached tests show, the DOM, XPP and XPPDom drivers don't support this currently.
Activity
The only thing needed to solve this, is to set the namespace feature on the parser to true. This is implemented in the patch.

- Check element.getLocalName(), return element.getNodeName() if null.
The first patch can be ignored.

I have cleaned up the tests a bit, and added a few to demonstrate that the prefiz is the problem and not the namespace perse.
