[XSTR-66] xstream output should end with newline

Description

The XML files written by xstream currently don't end in a newline. Since many editors automatically add a newline, this results in an annoying diff.

I guess this is a matter of personal preference. I have many situations where I prefer to have no newline. I would suggest adding the newline yourself post-serialization.
