Im getting the above exception when im running my tester and its working fine with purejava reflectioprovider with 1.3.1
environment is weblogic 10.3
and the same is working fine on WAS7

It will be good if someone suggest what needs to be done for this issue

Actually that error message simply means that the JDK you're using has an incomplete implementation of ConcurrentHashMap.writeObject().
However, next version of XStream will simply support the ConcurrentHashMap with the MapConverter and this JDK bug is no longer triggered.
Can you provide some inputs regarding this
