Out of the box usage of XPP

The default XStream instantiated with its default constructor should use XPP instead of DOM because it's a bagillion times better.

This means XPP should be included with the release of XStream.

• maybe in the same jar?
• maybe with a different package so it doesn't conflict with other versions the user may be using?
