Problem with underscore at the java name

The problem is that i have to create an XML with underscore in the names.

I have to do this ( not using the naming conventions ) because i use it for doing a complicated SQL and the names there use the underscore.

I have to serilize a java object to an XML.
The properties has underscode in his name: xxxx_zzzzz

The serialized output is converted to two __ xxxx__zzzz

What is the problem..
